Personal Credit Report (Resident of Florida for at least 7 years): $50

Personal Credit Report (Out of State): $75

*Note: County, State, and Federal Public Record Searches for one county are included in the fee, however, if you have resided in more than one county during the past seven years, there is a $10 fee for each additional Florida county and $15 for any out of state counties.

Business Credit Report (Florida Corporation): $75

New Corporation (If incorporated within 90 days of application): $35

Business Credit Report (Out of State): $100

Pre-Residency Background Searches:

Basic Report: $50

Includes residential history, employment verification, bank account balances, credit report, public record search (tax and property liens, judgments, bankruptcy filings, and evictions), and character references.

Full Report: $75

Includes the basic report plus criminal record search.

Social Security & Criminal Search: $35

Includes Social Security Number verification and criminal record search.

Credit and Criminal Search: $50

Credit Only: $25 ($35 for married couples)

Public Record Search: $15
